“I was thrilled to find a 3 bedroom condo that met all my needs – didn’t feel small and cramped. All new appliances, flooring, cupboards – makes me feel like I just had my unit designed especially to my tastes. I love that this complex is quiet and the streets are safe. I am a happy camper!”

“My husband and I were looking for a home that was close to Bellevue, but with a small town feel. The Klahanie neighborhood is filled with trails and parks which is perfect for our active lifestyle with our two dogs. Tanglewood was the obvious choice for us once we saw the designer palates and beautiful scenery. We’ve made some wonderful new friends living here and feel fortunate that we have such a beautiful first home!”

3 More Reasons To Consider Tanglewood Condominiums In Klahanie - Issaquah

1- Recent Sales History in Issaquah shows a change in the under 3oo,ooo condo situation. Days on market has dropped dramatically, the number related to sellers getting full price has gone up, and the amount of inventory per sales has taken a serious drop. This is good for sellers and their listing agents, not good if you are a buyer or buyers agent. This information isn’t common talk yet, it might be the right time to buy that condo. Thus we recommend Tanglewood in Klahanie.

2-  The great interiors and floor plans. It is hard to believe the price of these homes.

3- The condo amenities and Klahanie benefits.

The “Best Eastside Value” Just Got Better

The community that local real estate agents are calling the “best value on the eastside”  has now become an even better value, with just-approved price reductions on move-in ready homes. Tanglewood Condominiums in Issaquah (Click to go to their website) has dropped pricing as much as $30,000 on their two- and three- bedroom homes as the final phase is released for sale. Prices now start at $249,950 for two bedroom homes and only $269,950 for three bedrooms. Tanglewood’s preferred lender, Chase Home Finance, sweetens the deal by now offering a 3% down payment mortgage program with reduced mortgage insurance – even more affordable than FHA.

Enjoy all the advantages of living in Issaquah, living in Klahanie, and living in Tanglewood.

The total Tanglewood package makes it the Issaquah Value leader when it comes to housing. Look us up on the MLS or drop by.

SportClips Mens And Boys Haircuts

Kathleen and I are invited to cover many events in Issaquah because of this fun blog adventure we are on. We are in our 3rd year of posting on these local blogs and our network is growing from Seattle to Pennsacola Beach. We have covered events such as the baby Issaquah Tigers (Now young boys of 300 pound stature) to the opening of a local downtown Issaquah Museum.

One fun event was the visit of  the Mike Wallace FormulaOne racing car to the Issaquah SportClips. It was a way to introduce us, and many in the community to this fun and unique men and boys hair cut shop.

At this even I was given a perk - a free VIP Haircut. It included a scalp and shoulder massaage as well as a great haircut and sizzling shampoo. I say sizzling as my scalp tingled when done. The place was busy but having several cutting hair, it was a short wait even with the event going on.

I was given a few more coupons to give away and have two for the first two that request one by sending me an email at larrykcragun(at)Yahoo.com.  Give it a try I think you or your son will like it.  Larry Cragun

Amazon Green - Central Market

To go to the Amazon Green section, click the logo in our right side bar. Thanks much. Lar

Last spring I sat in a focus group of Issaquah Highlands home owners. We were interviewed on various subjects. The one I found most interesting was the question about “buying green”. Issaquah Highlands is a green community, but that wasn’t enough. Many, no most of the panel were non negotiable about buying green.  Most of these same majority knew what that meant. It has prompted me to add the Amazon Green relationship to our blogs. For those that care about green concepts - you are probably going to like this cateagory a lot. You are probably also going to like the Green Halloween coming up.
